coconut and turmeric tea

Perfect evening snack to help your body finally come to a calming state. Even better for the sweet tooth (like myself)!

 

The benefits of the turmeric spice are mindblowing, its medicinal uses are said to prevent and even treat cancers. It helps especially with inflammation in the body like joint pains and with uric acid build up causing illnesses such as gout.

Ive created a tasty little drink for you to share with me this evening (or any time during the day actually)


INGREDIENTS:

100mls coconut milk

100mls non-gmo and unsweetened soya milk

1tsp turmeric powder

Pinch stevia powder


METHOD:

Add all ingredients to a pot and heat over the stove till steaming

Enjoy served hot!
