1/3 cup rolled oats
2 1/3 cups water
Grate a medium carrot
Handful of walnuts / almonds: crush them slightly
1 tsp cinnamon
Sprinkle of stevia and vanilla essence
Cook your oats in water and add half of the grated carrot, allowing these 2 ingredients to cook together. Add stevia, cinnamon and vanilla essence. Once all is cooked, add toppings: the rest of the grated carrot and crushed nuts! Its that easy and tastes divine :*
