lean green juice: Cleanse Program recipe


1 of my special recipes from the I Love my Body Cleanse program πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ A juice I have on a weekly basis, its super clean, satisfying and full of powerful antioxidants!


INGREDIENTS:

1 large cucumber

6 large spinach leaves

3 small granny smith apples

2 lemons (without skin)

2 bunches cos lettuce (or normal lettuce if cant find cos)

2 thumb nail sizes fresh ginger

Juice all ingredients * Makes for x2 500mls

Can keep in air tight containers in fridge for up to 4 days πŸ˜‰
