Sticky Coconut and Almond Porridge

This is so perfect for those cold, misty mornings and days spent in bed with Netflix and PJ’s. One of my absolute favourite heartwarming recipes.


INGREDIENTS:

1/3 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup boiling water

1/3 cup coconut milk

1 tbsp crushed almonds

1 tsp raw honey


METHOD:

Add your oats into a pot with the boiled water and allow to first soak for 10 minutes.

Add coconut milk, bring to the boil and then simmer until oats become really sticky.

Remove from heat and add your almonds and honey to taste.
