Get-Grounded Ginger Tea (Root Chakra Recipe)

With ginger being one of the most powerful root chakra balancing spices, I went pretty crazy using this spice in most of my dishes and then ending off my day with a gorgeous healing bed-time tea! Drinking this tea daily also speeds up metabolism for weight loss (thanks, ginger!), alkalises the blood and helps with the digestion of food (the lemon and hot water) and balances immunity (the antibacterial properties in lemon and honey). Very powerful drink, and so easy to make!



INGREDIENTS + METHOD:

Squeeze of 1 fresh lemon

1 tsp grated ginger

1 tsp raw honey

Add everything to a tea strainer and allow to seep for 10 minutes before drinking.
