Due to the fact that there really are just so many elements (mind and spirit elements, not just the physical) to the program that I can’t share over one email or one social media post, I’ve been trying my best to add bits and pieces here and there. In this post, Id like to share what the program will be doing for you physically.
I mean, that’s what’s attracted most of you to the program, isn’t it? The name itself… Summer Body! Because we all want tight abs, toned legs, firms bootys, luscious hair, glowing skin and endless amounts of energy, don’t we?
The problem is that we all have different ideas about what a summer body should look like. And Id like to encourage you to try imagine YOUR body, right now, as it is. I want you to accept the way it looks, the way it feels. Know that its perfect and beautiful and it can do absolutely anything you want it to, and you should feel grateful about that, right now.
Close your eyes, and feel what it feels like to be so grateful for this beautiful body you’ve been blessed with.
During this challenge, we will be working with YOUR unique body. Not the bodies you see on social media, not the bodies you see on the ramps or in magazines or on television. Because is order to reach your perfect body, you must let go of your IDEA of perfect. Realise that the idea is mind-made, it isn’t real.
What’s real, is what you have right now, and that’s what we will be working with.
Over the next 4 weeks, we will be working very hard on balancing all the inside parts:
Micronutrient balance (vitamins, minerals, nutrients) and macronutrient balance (proteins, carbs, fats) which work together to balance the larger systems such as hormones, digestive system, metabolism boosting, adrenal function, organ wellbeing, calming the nervous system, and many other systems in the body.
Once all of these major systems come to a more balanced state, the rest start to fall into place. Such as: Leaning the body, toning and tightening, skin begins to glow, hair strengthens and lengthens, nails get stronger, eyes clearer, more energy, clearer mind-state, cellulite reduces, stretch marks reduce, and so much more!
